no i'm pretty sure other people cant see your credit card number. If that was true nintendo wouldn't of added the credit card option to buy wii points.

well it's done by nintendo... think of the lawsuit they would face for it not being secure... and to answer the question, no. Nintendo constantly upgrades the firmware to upgrade protection on the wii, so you are secure
