If by "rang" you mean "rank," you were probably demoted because you were caught hacking or something else.

Well first things first. Slow down and type shit out rather than typing it as fast as you can.. There's no urgency here.
Second, you were probably demoted. You may have been caught power leveling or something that made nexon suspicious of you and they demoted you. If you feel you didn't do anything, file a ticket. Not much else you can do.
