How do people get a Xstremely High Gamescore?

Seriously, i saw a guy having a gamer's score of 70.000!
every game has like 1000 points
so or he has at least 70 games with EVERY ACHIVMENT UNLOCKED!
WICH I HIGLY DOUBT!!!
Or he must have like above 100 games wich he completed for the most part

I'm like HOLYSH*T!!!!

I DO I DO! nah joking. i dont own a 360. But i guess the guy has freinds.......alot of them and he borrowed his freind's games. or he bought REALLY REALLY REALLY SHEAP GAME. or maybe he is bill gates thats why he could afford all that game.
