Message: <blockquote data-quote="MeanMugginFool" data-source="post: 153159" data-attributes="member: 8033"><p>Yeah, speaking as a former 4th grade teacher, be ready to be incredibly patient and restrained on a daily basis.  I can recall a few times where I almost slipped and said some things I shouldn't have.  The kids are not oo bad at that age, but parents and administration was a major pain in the ass.  God bless those who go into teaching, it really is one of the most honorable professions I can think of, and kudos to those who can stick to it and do it for 20+ years.  Also, Billy, quit being a difficult prick, I remember a kid who tried to pull the same shit in my HS, kid got in school suspension for 3 days and then Saturday detention for a month, which he spent cleaning out old lockers in the gym.</p></blockquote><p></p>
