Fighting game

I just had a thought and I wanted to know what you think. I thought that it would be good to have a fighting game like Tekken on the Wii where you have to do the movements to fight and it would be cool if you could fight others online and then maybe have like a leaderboard where you try to make it as the best fighter. Anyone else think this would be a good idea?

I wouldn't mind a fighting game with leaderboards, a new Soul Calibur (not legends) would be awsome.

I have read that 3D fighting games can be hard to adapt to Wii. Regular 3D fighter's like Tekken and Virtua Fighter, have a pretty deep control scheme, which in the end, would be hard to work with. But i like the idea. The leaderboard's would be great.

that would be cool. i mean it would be kinda like wii boxing except like better graphics and you could do cool attacks and stuff.

I hope Nintendo will pick up on the idea of controllers for booth feet to simulate kicks. Then a fighting game could be totally simulated instead of just arms... Streetfighter Wii would rock...

I love the idea, but the injury factor may not support the game. Nintendo might not want it...

this would be really good to see but so far the only thing that comes close to this is Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 or Mortal Kombat Armageddon... so maybe in a few months we may hear about a new Soul Calibur that would be sooo good

Yea.......I love soul Calibur... if hope it comes out for the wii. and the motion sensing touch will make will quite remarkable. lol
