One of the main reasons i was thinking of buying the PS3 (along with Metal Gear Solid 4) was for the fact that i thought a decent Tony Hawk game wasn't coming to Wii, Tony Hawks Downhill Jam is a good game, but nothing compared to the oldschool Tony Hawks franchise that took the world by storm on Playstation 1 and 2 a few years ago.
BUT low and behold i open up page 39 of my Official Nintendo Magazine and i see "TONY HAWKS PROVING GROUND - WII", release date NOVEMBER 2007 (game.co.uk says October 26th 2007 though), i was very excited and the thought of getting a PS3 left my mind totally.
I can only hope they make great use of the Wii controls in this game! Especially with the new "video editing software" available in game.
So if your into skating/the tony hawk franchise, look out for this game soon!
