I must admit that I find all Bhaal-children quite tough... including myself. :P Oh, wait, that's bragging. :P No, but seriously. I find them all worthy of attention. When I first faced them, I must admit that I underestimated them a bit. Especially the son of the Dragon. I forgot how powerful a dragon could be when he cannot be targetted by spells and is capable of casting haste on itself. Truth to be known, I had more trouble with the son than the father. I can't remember any of their names anymore though. I always had a problem with names. I'm keeping my reputation at a low scale at the moment. It's... uh... 13 or 14, as I recall. Because I have an evil aligned character in my team, Viconia, I can't really boost my reputation and have to find ways to keep it at a normal scale. I don't mind much about the prices of items currently; seeing as I have enough gold (170,000) and a nice charisma (23) to buy the kind of stuff I need. I don't have much on my list of 'have-to-buy' for a while anyway... only the necklace in the Underdark, an armor and the War Sword +4 at the Adventurer's Markt. For now, I'll be saving some money for ToB. I don't want to end up without gold again.. :P Jan usually carries his own-made armor as well throughout just about the entire game. The Underdak is an exception. Unless he's the only (or the best) mage in the party, then his armor is quickly replaced with the Robe of Vecna. A question though. I'm sure you're familiar with the thief ability, Use any item, right? When I give that ability to my thief/mage, is he able to wear the Bard-armor? If so, is he still able to cast spells then? As I recall, the bard armor is better than the elven chainmail. And I don't like most robes (the Robe of Vecna being a big exception), so I am searching for something... better. Anyway, I'm just about to enter the underdark. I'm (not a joke) right in front of the pit to enter it. I did experience a small bug though. I now carry two blades of the Silver Sword.
