The Shadow Dragon, all Liches (except Kangaxx), the Twisted Rune and all NPC quests has been finished, including the time triggered ones, such as the quest of Jan and Mazzy. I can't remember missing out on anything, so...Regardless, it's late, and I'm taking a break.
