If you can post your spawning triggers we could get a better idea how to help you.EDIT: You dont happen to have any heroes in your spawns, this is a big no no (speaking from experience, back in the day when i made Chaos Wars Beta) Heroes for some reason can lag like a beast when thier spawned.</blockquote>
