Won't start

My friend lives in the UK. He download their version of combat arms and he is having trouble getting it to start. When he goes to create his character is works until hit the create button then an error pops up. It says unable to run the game due to client file being corrupted. What does he need to do?

This never happened to me but i addvise your friend to uninstall the game and download it again and then restart his computer i hope this works it should there was an error while downloading the game
