here's an idea, why not ask your brother where they are. serious, or make a game where he helps you find them

little kids will like games. play a game. or say u'll give him a cookie if he tells u where it is.

Same happened to me about 2 times (stupid lil bros and sisters...)

Just check all around the house - mostly look inside drawers and closets and under stuff where you wouldnt expect them. You can also try your brothers bed - maybe he put it there for safekeeping ^^
