Wifi Usb connector help!

my mom keeps removing the thing, and now it says i am connected but the system can't get to the internet!

Could post this in Help & Advice, but I suppose it's useful here.. Maybe you should re-install the driver/program. That might do it... I finally gave up on my connector, because it had been giving me too many problems. I just bought the LAN (ethernet) adapter instead.
