I can now, that you have explained how to do it. I don't know alot about the inner workings of this game, and I kinda like it that way. I own a Nascar racing sim league and deal with admin stuff all the time there, so it's nice to come here and play without any concern of who's doing what and why.
You guys run a great cz server, and I really enjoy playing, but hackers like this guy really take the fun out of it. He cut me in dust2 so fast I only saw his eyes and head for a split second, I copied his ID after I watched him no scope 6 guys on my team with a scout in quick order.
