I liked Waaagh's way of doing the transaction so I'll include what he wrote in here:
If you want to buy it, you have to send me a screenshot, where i can see how much money you got on your paypal. I will send you an order to send money, this must be seen on your screenshot. In this order we notice why you are sending money, so you stand on a secure site.
After this, you get the account name and password to log in. Now you can check the account.
After this, you have to send the money. If i get it (you can see it on TeamViewer if you want), i will change the mail for this account.
