Nexon Accused me of Hacking

I logged in to my account and I got a message saying

hack attempt detected you account may be subject to ban

I don't want them to ban my account for something I didn't and would never do.
I'm Filing a ticket.
Does anyone know what else I could do to save my account?

It happens, it's no big deal. I believe it's just Hackshield detecting a process on your computer that resembles a hack in some way.. Nexon still has to investigate before they actually ban, if you're innocent.. you won't get banned.
