need help with friends list

i need help with friends list because what ever i do to add a person it says
can not add buddy. buddy may not excist or has deleted the account

Is your information positive? Try going into a game with your buddy and right-click on his name and click "Add Friend",if this does not work maybe your friend is a hacker or maybe just a ghost.

PS: His name MIGHT have numbers in it such as a Zero(they're not very noticeable in-Game)
With Numbers:GH0ST
Without:GHOST

no i've done and junt and they all have the same thing what i get some1
suggest "it is the sever" and i turned around and said "no its not the server its the game probs"
