Well he is def lying about the Wii hard drive because the Wii doesn't even have a hard drive but for the Wiimote A button mod he may have done it but no proof but here is a pic of what he says he has done:

And here is one for the Nunchuck which I have done for mine, not my pic but I did this on my nunchuck, very easy to do:

the nunchuck one is very easy, here is the guide I followed when I done my first one. I didn't realise it was so simple until I read the guide:

the LED is always on as long as the controller is connected or powered on.
The LED solders just to the + and - so will have constant power all the time the controller is powered.

you put it back together the opposite way round to what you took it apart.

It shouldn't get messed up if you do it properley. The nunchuck mod is the easiest mod ever, not sure about the Wiimote A button or the lower 4 led's as I have not tried but I might give it a go soon, might put a diff colour for each of the 4 lights.
