connection error

everytime i try to log on, a message pops up and sais connection error, it has been like that for like 3 days and i reinstalled it, it still does not work, this is my first time playing CA and its not working, so if you could help plz i would greatly appreciate it, also the message that pops up sais (error code pi, 30021)

according to nexon means
"This means that your Nexon account has not yet been verified. Check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account."
