ok my friends and i have just started a clan not too long ago and im just looking for any tips on how to run the clan(i am the leader) and im not very good at it and im just looking for some tips...we all have xfire for com. purposes and thats one of the few requirments...we're not looking to be the best but only to have some fun and win a little bit...

Get a good looking website, and a Ventrilo server. If you don't have a Ventrilo server you can use mine.

Making Ventrilo mandatory will help a lot, 100x better than xFire.
