Ok what do you think about this one for a new system board for me??

Tax money just came in and I need to spend it quick before the wife does.

and are you planning on running sli? or do you want it for later upgrades

It is mostly for future upgrades.

Since HL64 is out I should be ok running it.

Wormy, if you can wait, socket AM2 and DDR2 support for AMD are right around the corner.

Otherwise-

Good board. I would personally pick the premium model with the heat pipe on the chipset rather than the fan. Or the A8N32 model which has 16 lanes dedicated to each pci-x slot.
